POST PRODUCITON TERMS:

Post Production-Video Edit

• Revision Policy: You are entitled to receive 1 round of revisions to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

• Standard Edit Includes: Intro, Outro, Lower Thirds, Basic Audio Mixing. (Per Episode)

• additional episode edits will be billed at a rate of $60 each.

• Once Approval is received from the client, no additional edits will be included within the scope of the project. Additional revisions require an additional “Work Order”

• Communication Method: All communication regarding revisions will be conducted via Email.

• Timelines: We will provide you with an estimated timeline for completing the revisions. Any delays on your end in providing feedback may impact the delivery date.

• Feedback: When providing feedback, please ensure that all your requests for the current round of revisions are submitted at once. This will help us streamline the process and ensure that all revisions are completed at the same time.

• 1 Round of Revisions: If additional revisions are requested beyond the two rounds included in the service agreement, they will be billed at an hourly rate.

• Initial Edit: We go through the raw footage.

• Client Feedback: We present the raw footage to you, and you give feedback on the overall flow, pacing, and direction of the project.

• Revision Round #1: Based on your feedback, we make revisions to the rough cut, incorporating your notes and making adjustments as needed.

• Final Edit: We deliver the final cut of the project, incorporating all of the revisions and feedback provided.

• Any additional edits require another work order!
